His additional studies have been in homeopathy, Chinese medicine, applied kinesiology, bioenergetic diagnostic and therapeutic modalities,  nutritional medicine, bio geometry, and metaphysics.  He is Past President of the Homeopathic Medical Society for the State of New York (HMSSNY) and retired from the NY State Acupuncture Board after five years of service. He is an avid researcher in reviewing medical uses for botanical medicines and assists his clients in achieving optimal health with a minimum of pharmaceuticals.

 

In addition to his primary care practice, Dr Kokayi is particularly interested in the interface between Consciousness, the Mind, and Neuropsychiatric disturbances. He facilitates online Consciousness Transformation meditations, biweekly, for the last five years and uses Walsh Institute nutrient protocols for addressing psychiatric imbalances. He is the founder of the Multidimensional Healing Collective, a group of individuals that focus on healing through intention, and the use of energetic mediums Multidhc (coming soon...).  He has been certified in HeartMath and uses neuro biofeedback technology with clients as well. Dr Kokayi has always been multidisciplinary, working with chiropractors, energy workers, nutritionists,  and those with unusual gifts. Dr Kokayi has been certified in HBOT therapy and has recommended this therapy over the last fifteen years, for many chronic inflammatory problems as well as cancer and neurodegenerative conditions. Dr Kokayi utilizes the services of practitioners skilled in Pranic healing and Cranial Sacral therapy. 

 

Along with his above interests, Dr Kokayi has focused in on the immune system, addressing both weaknesses in immunity and auto immune diseases. He uses diagnostic and therapeutic systems that complement mainstream medicine and in many cases clients are able to avoid pharmaceutical therapies.
