SCHEDULING & CANCELLATION POLICY

A valid credit card is required to schedule and reserve your appointment.
The Center has a 24 hr cancellation policy; you can cancel or reschedule appointments with at least 24 hrs notice. If you miss your appointment without canceling, or cancel/reschedule with less than 24 hours notice, you are charged a cancellation fee of:
● $110 for colonic appts
● $100 for appointments with the medical doctor
● 50% of the visit fee for all other services
We call clients to confirm appointments; it is important that you provide your cell phone number and an alternate phone number at which we can reach you.
For Monday appointments, you are required to call by the Friday before to cancel or reschedule.
All appointments with the Psychic Medium are prepaid.
